Thomas Andressen
has a Degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Economics from the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel (Germany).

Between 2005 and 2021 Thomas worked for K+S AG (listed at German M-Dax, Chemical Industry, Mining, Consumer Packaged Goods). During his tenure with K+S, Thomas took over global Management roles within Procurement, Logistics, Controlling, Operations Excellence and Digital Transformation.

Thomas is an international experienced Project, Process, and Portfolio Manager with certificate as a Senior Project Manager and as an agile project manager holding a certified Scrum Master.
